A: We provide limited after-sales support under strict conditions, due to the low-profit nature of collectible figures and material vulnerability (PVC/ABS/resin may become brittle under temperature changes during long-distance shipping).

• Replaceable Part Damage: Only if:
The damaged part is detachable (e.g., separate weapon, exchangeable hand).
Reported within 5 days of delivery with:
– Unboxing video showing sealed outer box → immediate exposure of the defect.
– Clear photos of the damaged part & shipping label.
Our after-sales team approves the claim after review.
• Missing Detachable Parts: If factory-sealed package is verified missing a detachable accessory.
❌ What We CANNOT Cover:
• Non-detachable part damage (e.g., cracked torso, broken integrated hair sculpt).
• Paint defects (minor speckling, slight color variance are normal).
• "Brittle" breaks due to temperature shifts during/after transit.
• Any claims without unboxing video evidence.
Q: What if a non-detachable part is damaged?
A: We cannot replace or refund for non-detachable damage. These items are low-margin; we cannot absorb whole-figure losses. Tips:
• Prevention: Keep the package at room temperature 24hrs before unboxing to reduce thermal stress.
• DIY Repair: We may guide you to safe glue types (e.g., Tamiya Cement for ABS).
Q: How do you protect figures during shipping?

– Double-walled boxes with fragile stickers.
